After graduating in 2020, the crazy year off covid-19, I quickly learned to work under high stress! With that being said, I carried that skill into helping take the stress off of others!
I started my career by following my broker who has been in the business for years, followed by years of learning the ins and outs of construction from watching her dad! I have passed on this great knowledge to customers and will always continue to do so! I will make sure to give you my best information on the homes, locations, etc!

Tina grew up in North Carolina where her father was a custom home builder, so she knows about how homes are built. Growing up in this unique environment gave her the knowledge of the building process and special insight into customer service, as she worked with her Dad as a "hands-on" assistant. Her mother was also a real estate broker and she assisted her mother in that side of the business as well. Tina has a lifetime of real estate experience and is a licensed Florida Broker. Tina is also an Accredited Staging Professional and can help her sellers maximize their selling outcome and help buyers with design choices and options that will not only look great but make their home more marketable when selling it in the future.
Tina has 21 years of experience as a licensed professional. She has worked in Maryland, Virginia and now in Florida since 2016. It was her dream to become a Florida resident and she loves helping people make the move to Florida. Helping people sell and buy homes is a passion for her...not just a career.
